The crowd at Gradski vrt was excited when Curcija finally stepped onto the pitch, eagerly awaiting his contribution. Although the match was tough, Curcija displayed calmness and poise, positioning himself smartly as a guardian of the net. Specially for him, the coach showed trust, and the player himself stated that he's thrilled to be playing for Osijek. Osijek finally has a new young goalkeeper who could bring changes to their game.
